Gang exit strategies

This training will: Equip you with knowledge of the strategies that can help young people exit gangs.

After this training you will be able to:

• Support young people to exit gangs
• Understand the holistic approach needed to support young people away from gang lifestyle
• Realistically identify the challenges and barriers facing young people trying to exit gangs and have strategies to overcome them
• Know your role in the gang exit process, whether you are a professional, volunteer or community member
• Signpost to relevant and effective agencies in your area
